$15 Per Each Notarized Signature + Trip Fee.

1-5 miles - $50 

6-10 miles - $60

11-15 miles - $80

16-20miles - $100

21+miles add $2 per mile.

✔️ What to Bring to Your Notary Appointment

To ensure a smooth appointment, please have the following ready:

📄 Document to Be Notarized
Bring the complete and correct document. A notary cannot fill in or change any information. Please do not sign the document ahead of time—it must be signed in the notary’s presence.

🪪 Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Accepted IDs include a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. The ID must be current (not expired) and physically present at the appointment. Photos or copies will not be accepted.

💳 Payment for Notary Services
Please confirm accepted payment methods in advance and have payment ready at the time of your appointment.

👥 Witness Information (If Required)
If your document requires witnesses, please notify the notary ahead of time. You are responsible for providing them. Witnesses must:

  • Not be immediate family members living in your household

  • Not be named in the document or transaction

  • Have valid, government-issued photo ID

👉 Witness services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please ask in advance.
