Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
We provides mobile notary, apostille, and related services. Because these services involve time, travel, and legally regulated notarial acts, the following refund policy applies.
Notarial Fees
State-regulated notarial fees are non-refundable once a notarial act has been completed in accordance with California law.
Travel & Convenience Fees
Travel, mobile, convenience, and time-based fees are non-refundable once the notary has traveled to or arrived at the appointment location.
If a signer is unavailable, unprepared, lacks proper identification, or the notarization cannot be completed due to client-side issues, travel and convenience fees will still apply.
Cancellations

Cancellations made before travel begins may be eligible for a refund of any prepaid travel fees, at our discretion.

Cancellations made after travel has begun or upon arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Document Issues
No refunds will be issued if a notarization cannot be completed due to:

Incomplete or incorrect documents

Missing or invalid identification

Signers not present

Refusal to sign

Documents requiring legal advice or acts not permitted by law
Apostille & Processing Services
Fees for apostille processing, courier services, filing fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Errors & Corrections
If an error is made due to our notary’s mistake, we will correct the error at no additional charge. This does not include changes requested by the client after the notarization is completed.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.
